The Sale of the 1457 Muskegon River property came with challenges. First was the location. This home is off a two-track road winding through the woods where it sits looking over the Muskegon River. Very few people know how to find its location. Second, was the time of the year. This is a summer vacation property, and we were putting the home for sale at the height of the fall season.
